Aviation Law

As an Annapolis aviation lawyer, I defend pilots facing FAA enforcement actions to protect their privilege to fly. I am a licensed pilot and an FAA aviation safety counselor. I am also a panel attorney with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association.

While the FAA is not a prosecuting entity, it has been forced to act as one since the Homeland Security changes after 9/11. Administrative proceedings and enforcement actions come about when regulations have not been adequately followed. I evaluate the FAA file and negotiate with FAA legal counsel on my client’s behalf to prevent federal licensing suspension proceedings.
